aside from the usual rules, my code specific rules are

you may edit as you see fit, just keep all credits visible and in tact. i don't mind anyone borrowing bits and pieces, but i would like to know so i can see what you made.

which version should i use?

if you're well versed in coding and working on neocities or another host that allows for separate css and html files, use those. and make sure to update the stylesheet path, of course. if you're a beginner with coding, and / or working on tumblr, use the all in one. both versions have notes in the files themselves for what needs edited and how, the only difference is where the core css is kept (style tags vs its own file).
