this form is available primarily for users coming from the neocities explore page who don't use tumblr. unlike tumblr, this form is anonymous, and runs through google forms thanks to virtualobserver and their cool little widget. everything you say is immediately public and i periodically check in to moderate, so be nice, and don't abuse the privilage. i take requests here just like on tumblr, so feel free to make them! any answered requests will be answered on and cross posted to tumblr, but i'll reply to the comments with the link!
